Commentary
Over a four year tenure as ambassador for the Victoria Racing Club, I was privileged to work as a face of an internationally renowned race track and one of the world’s most high profile race meets – the Melbourne Cup Carnival. I was known as the VRC’s Official Stylist, and their voice of style.
Throughout my role it was my responsibility to provide continual commentary to the Australian and sometime international media about fashion and style from the race track. This included but was not limited to key trends and seasonal picks as well as commentary on behalf of major sponsors such as Myer. It was also my role to style all ambassadors for official commitments and race days in the appropriate racing attire for that given commitment’s dress code.
I was the ongoing host of red carpet arrivals to key race days and media events as well as a frequent judge of Myer’s iconic Fashion’s on the Field competition. In my last two years of my role I was then a regular television host for Channel 10 as part of the live Melbourne Cup Carnival coverage. This included vox pops as well as a regular spot on the panel as the Lifestyle Host alongside Rob Mills.
